Not all branches offer both services. Grooming is available in more locations, while veterinary clinics are in select branches. You can check which services are available at each branch on our Store Locations page.
We highly recommend booking in advance through our online booking system, especially on weekends and holidays when slots fill up quickly. Walk-ins are accommodated based on availability, but a reservation ensures your preferred time and branch.
Yes! Pet Express serves both dogs and cats for grooming and veterinary consultations. We recommend booking separate appointments for each pet to ensure they each get the attention they need.
For grooming, bring your pet's complete vaccination records. Fully vaccinated pets are required before any grooming appointment. For veterinary visits, also bring any prior medical history or lab results, especially if it's your first visit.
