Return and Exchange Policy
To Our Valued Customer:
PET EXPRESS, upholds the customer that the product is free of defects in materials or quality and carry (1) one-year warranty from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required as proof of purchase). All concerns about the product/s that fall within the (30) thirty days from date of receipt of product in their original packaging, with complete accessories, attached price tag, and proven no trace of misuse by the customer are automatically subject to replacement. All complaints beyond (30) thirty days will need further assessment and coordination with the merchandise service centers. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per instruction guidelines. It does not cover abuse, accident, mishandling, surface
issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear and tear, or any other cause not attributable from inherent defects in material and quality.
Also, please note that returns/exchange of intimate apparel or items considered as generally hygienic in nature (e.g., underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) will not be accepted at any of our branches for any reason. For consumable items, only sealed or unused can be requested for return/exchange. Furthermore, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):
- A sudden change of mind
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
- Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
Return and exchange shall be subject to the store policy where the item was purchased.
